The Happy Fits walk in lovesick: Review & gallery.
OPENER: Bel
The show started at 7:00 pm, with an indie pop artist Bel. Her voice was one of a kind! Such beautiful songs that were accompany by guitars and drums. Singing songs from her newly released album “Holy Grail”. From 7-7:40 she put her all into her songs. She made sure the crowd was pumped and ready for The Happy Fits to come onto stage.

HEADLINER: The Happy Fits
Calvin Langman: lead vocalist and plays the cello.
Luke Davis: vocalist and plays the drums.
Nicole Rosenbach: vocalist and plays the guitar.
Raina Mullen: vocalist and plays the guitar.
The band rolled out with Calivn giving Luke a piggyback ride onto the stage with Nicole and Raina running out! The energy was wild in the room and all the fans roared.
This independent band put their all into this concert. The vibes, the songs, and the commentary in between songs. And it’s not every day you see a cello be one of the main instruments in a band!
They performed most of their songs from their newly released album “Lovesick”. They started off the night with performing “Cruel Power” setting the mood for the rest of the night. The energy was unmatched, fans yelling the lyrics as the band moved their whole body with the music. They continued onto the next song “Everything you do” which is a personal favorite! This band truly had such a good energy, you can truly see how much each member of this band cares about their songs and fans. They performed some fan favorites like “So Alright, Cool, Whatever”, “She Wants Me (To Be Loved)” and “Too Late”. But honestly the entire setlist was amazing!
There were people from younger adults to older adults and seeing everyone enjoy this band was so heartwarming. Especially with how touchy lovesick can be, it resonated with so many people in the crowd. They had a couple of commentary with the crowd one with asking who was lovesick in the crowd causing some people to yell, and even a little competition of who was the oldest couple in the venue! It was so fun seeing how interactive they were with the crowd, appreciating everyone that was there. Would love to photograph them again in the future!
Truly such a fun group and I loved each of the band members silly energy they carried, and the talent they showed. So glad a close friend of mine introduced me to them!
Of course, it’s not The Happy Fits if Calvin doesn’t give Luke a piggyback ride off stage!
