Mammoth WVH, an absolute powerhouse rock band, brought their “The End Tour” to The Fillmore Silver Spring in Maryland on November 11th supporting their upcoming album, The End. The crowd was eccentric-even during opening sets from Myles Kennedy and Return to Dust. This show was for the rock fans: a mix of the Mammoth followers and the longtime Van Halen fans uniting to enjoy a spectacular night of rock and roll. Wolfgang Van Halen, a founding member of Mammoth and son of the legendary Eddie Van Halen, showcasing similar guitar solo techniques as his father, bringing out an emotional and nostalgic feeling from the crowd. Mammoth delivers a new twist on rock and roll, keeping traditional rock elements while blending melodic vocals with alternative-rock style riffs. This show brought heartfelt energy from Mammoth and vibrant energy from the crowd, making for an unforgettable night of rock and roll.
